"Everybody Loves A Vacation"-Author Unknown
Bailey Vannil thought that famous line was true. She was loaded up with all this murder and crime these days, and she really did just need a vacation. A get away you could call it. But she knew no matter how far she went, or how hard she tried to get away from it- Crime would always follow her. And today was not an exception.
"Summer," Bailey happily muttered under her breath as she sun bathed in the warm California sun. She was feeling a little antsy, but also very peaceful at the same time, it was already 5 PM and she had not witnessed one felony at all! On a "regular" day she would have seen a minimum of 3 so far! After she was done thinking about this, she realized that she forgot to say that she didn't want to jinx herself, something that happened quite often to Bailey.
She cursed herself just as she head a loud shrieking scream. Bailey automatically jumped up and started running to where she heard the breathtaking noise. Then, it was her who was breath taken when she saw her best friend, Brittany, nailed up onto a California mountain by rope! That's when something happened that had never happened to her before. She screamed. Louder than her friend even had. But Bailey had never been a panicer, so she sprinted up to mountain and started to undo the nails that held the rope onto the rocks, that held her friend since second grade from death. When the ropes were untied and the nails were un-screwed- Bailey put Brittany over her shoulder and carried her back down the mountain, which was fairly easy because her friend only weighed about seventy pounds, or so. When the reached the bottom Bailey huffed: "What was that all about!" She was so confused, any person would be. Brittany looked down at the boulders and said "It's complicated"
"Aha. Darn right it is!" Bailey let her voice grow louder than she had meant it to be.
"I-i-I saw something happen..." Brittany said uneasily.
"I was walking in the woods, and I saw this little cabin that looked empty,"
"So I walked over to it, and I saw this man. He had someone... A woman, laying on this table and he was doing... Things." She stuttered, Bailey was surprised that Brittany of all people could say all of this right after a extremely traumatic experience. But she wanted more information.
"What things? It's important, Brit" She pushed.
"First she was just laying there. Her eyes were big, but her breathing was easy. Until he took this knife... A fairly sharp knife, and he started cutting her cheeks, her lips, her arms. Then from there on it got more brutal... I don't know why I kept watching, I don't know why I didn't run away... I don't know why I didn't say anything. But in the end she was dead. And in the end, he saw me."
Bailey gasped at this shocking information. But Brittany continued on.
"So I ran. And I ran, and ran and ran. But he caught up to me. He did not hurt me or anything like that. He just tied me up and nailed me to the rocks... I think he thought that I would fall and die, and no one could tell the police what he had done. But you got me, and I am telling you." Brit finished.
"We have to go to the police, you know that right?" Bailey questioned, and Brittany nodded. "Vacation might be fun.
But it always comes with a surprise" -Author Unknown.
Bailey knew that that quote was true. Because it had happened to her. Many times. Bailey told her and Brittany's mother what had happened and they went to the police and they found that man. It might sound simple, but not really. We had to go on for sketchings, lineups. More sketching, and more lineups. But in the end what really matters is that the man, the sick-sick man was put in jail, and Bailey's friend was all right. "Though thick and thin, friend will always survive"
That was the most real quote of all

The Blog of Quynn

Hello Bloggers!
....
(If you have not read the NEW To Be Continued Post below, please read that one before you read this. Thanks!
....
I don't know why I thought that someone had killed Jammie. But I just did. And since when was I ever wrong? Never. So that's when I saw Stacy Papterson sitting alone on the side of the pool I took that chance to go and talk to her. A sort of interview if you must. I started off by sitting down, then asking how she was, and what she thought about what had just happened. Apparently she said that she was sad for what had happened, but she drowned, Jammie came over to her and told her that she was sorry, but that she had cheated with Stacy's boyfriend.
"Wow..." I said after I heard that news. I hadn't thought of Jammie as someone who would do that...
"I know." She replied back. Still looking off into the distance, and not making any eye contact. That made me suspicious, but she could also have just been still shocked for what had just happened.
Suddenly I had an idea, and asked Stacy where her boyfriend was, and she nodded her head up to the slide, and said that he was helping people on the water slide.
I left Stacy by the pool, and climbed up the slide stairs until I reached Stacy's boyfriend- Zach. I asked him questions until he cracked. I knew he would. I knew ever since Stacy told me that Zach and Jammie had an affair, I knew that Zach had killed Jammie. He told me the whole story. Zach didn't know that Jammie had already told Stacy that they had an affair with each other, so when Jammie climbed up the slide's stairs, and up to the slide, he told her it was okay if she wanted to go head first, so she said okay. The force of the fast and short slide, with her going head first killed her. And Zach new that it would. He planed it that way.
Some people are sick. Some people try to hide things, and by doing that, they kill. That's like Zach. Even though he's not a crazy full blooded serial killer- he still knew that by going head first down the slide, it would kill Jammie. So I turned him in. And he rode of in that black little police car, and he didn't scream when they put the handcuffs on him, he didn't yell when they pushed him into the tiny police car. No. He knew what he did, and he knew that it was wrong. So I have a question for you- if you know what you did was wrong, are you still a bad person?

The Blog of Quynn

Hello Bloggers!

What a wonderful day. Ahh yes. What a great day to go for a swim. That's what Jammie Karlison thought the day she was murdered. It was a happy day. One you would not expect for yourself, or anyone else for that matter to get hurt. But that day, beloved Jammie did. Very much so. And brutally, too.
Me and Jammie were never great friends. But we tolerated each other enough. I said hellos, and nodded our goodbyes, but our conversations never lasted more than that. Until the day she died. The whole 10th grade class walked and chatted and hugged all the way to the pool. Expect for me. My "best" friend Amy had been sent for prison and trail for a series of murders she had commented, our friendship ended sadly. Especially since I was the one who figured out how, and what she did, and sent her in into jail. So I walk alone, so does Jammie. She I start talking to her. Starting out with the simple 'Hi' and then going more in depth into deeper conversations like topics about politics and religion. Touchy subjects for some, but we seemed to the same agreements on both subjects.
We seemed to be getting along greatly. Until 3 hours later, when the the police showed up at the water park and declared Jammie dead. And something about the whole thing made me think that this was not another drowning, a simple accident gone horrifically wrong. No. This was a homicide. But I was the only one who knew it.....

The Blog Of Quynn

Hello Bloggers!
When one says the lamp once fades you know bad news is ahead...
So when Bailey Vannil was walking with her Best friend since Kindergarten she pretended that she was a normal girl, and even though she had known her best friend for almost forever, Bailey had never sought her friend in her life of following crime, a sort of Clark Kent character, she thought... Bailey nervously clomped down the road, worried that crime would soon catch up, it always had.
So she was surprised when after chatting and walking with her friend for almost an hour no crime of any sort had caught her eye. Before this would be some sort of relief to Bailey, but now it just worried her. This had never happened before... She has never had a day pass without witnessing and solving a crime...And even though she loved chatting with Amy, her friend, she also loved being a sleuth...
And so I guess you have to be careful for what you wish for, because just one hour later, finishing up her walk with Amy, crime tugged on that neatly pulled up ponytail Bailey's Mom had done for her...
Because soon Bailey had figured that the crime was following her all along, because that crime was her friend, Amy......

Sammie

"The Converse Freak"

You know it's her, Sammie when you see her walking down the street in her ELECTRIC BLUE CONVERSE. You also know it's Sammie

when you see her reading the clasical adventures of Alice in Wonderland. And you might possiably know it's Sammie when you see her writing in her daily blog on blogger, or see her playing games on FaceBook. There are many place that you can see Sammie at, and there are many things you may see Sammie doing. But those are just a few.

She has a common phobia of spiders and is mildly claustrophobic,

And a million dreams; of which I know I can only do half of them.

As much as I would like to admit, she has a tendincy to think in the future and not in the present. And to talk about herself in the 3 person.

She was born with red hair, which then as a baby was dyed blonde by the sun, and now-a-days has natruly dyed Brown without any hair dyes of any sort. She was born in Pueblo, Colorado, and loves it there.

She has many friends, of which she has known sense kindergarden, although some ( two ) have moved a way, they still keep in touch by their hearts..And E-Mail.

She is single. And is fine with it.

The Blog Of Quynn

Hello, Bloggers!

Ever wondered if you can die from a book?
Well, maybe it's not the book its self. But the words in it?

One day I was reading a book by a favorite author, and heard a scream...
And as you know me.... Always noisy, I went looking... I put my book down, and stood up from my chair-My lovely rue of comfort.
As I went outside, the scream got louder. So I ran quicker.
My feet clomping on the gray pavement.
The voice that soon got muted, sounded like a woman.. And although she didn't say much. I had a feeling that she was a good person.
The scream was like a title wave.... It got louder, and then softer, no matter how fast I ran. But when her voice again got louder, I ran quicker... Maybe too quick. Actually, so quick that I fell down and slid across the icy side walk... But as I sat up, hugging my sore knee I noticed a piece of paper; it looked like it had been ripped out of something, maybe a book, I thought?
The paper didn't say anything that important on it, just a few words.... Talking about a girl and her new school, I stood up as the voice got muted again, but as the paper moved in the way of the sun, I saw something... Something... Something odd...
Words..
The words were simple, but odd:
"The-Sunflower-Road-Is-The-Way"
I turned my head and saw a sign: Sunflower road.,
My insides danced.
I followed onto Sunflower road and saw a blur.... It looked like a man with someone else. But I was not exactly sure...
I quickened my pace, and cached up with what I now knew was a man, holding a woman whom was screaming...
I thought to myself that this was a easy case...., that I only had to catch the man, and free the woman, but then again I realized that the page led me to them..... So the page was a clue.

A couple hours later I caught up with the man, and I made him let go of the woman.
At the police department, the man who's name was not given to me said that he published a book, a murder book... But he always thought that people were listening to him... So when he actually killed some one he didn't want to tell his friends, so he water marked the page, writing that the body was hidden on Sunflower street........
I guess books can kill......
